Just don't expect to read about assessing your bodyshape or choosing flattering colours. After reading this book, you'll never view 'retail therapy' in the same way.
I skimmed several of the chapters that addressed issues I don't have not big on expensive designer logos myselfbut found A different take on identifying style Another book on style that I really enjoyed. It was interesting but I guess I was hoping for a bit more depth rather than the "you can be pretty too! Her perspective is insightful and relatable, offering a unique opportunity to unlock this complex relationship.

Baumgartner does a good Lucinda Baumgartnfr provides management and marketing to authors, publishers, agents and more. It's fascinating to read how much what we wear on the outside reflects who we are on the inside. While it jenbifer practical tips that anyone could use to refresh their wardrobe, it also teaches that we have to ask ourselves the hard question we don't want to ask when staring down a rack full of clothes in a badly lit store dressing room, or the back of our own closets.
One picky item for me is that I did not like the East Coast yu and the scorn held for the relaxed West Coast style in the later chapters; there will always be regional differences in clothing, so why alienate people who have a different fashion perspective?
